Not only were they not being sarcastic they are very upset with my opinion, which I attempted to express in a polite way. I think 2016 has just gotten to us all.

No, it doesn’t. I just didn’t feel it was irresponsible reporting. Clearly the comments here have shown me the error in my ways.
I wasn’t mad, just expressing my opinion. I even said “I understand what you are saying” because I understood what you were saying.
I understand what you are saying however there are actual facts that support this narrative. The driver was previously cited. The mother mentioned had repeatedly expressed concerns over the bus driver’s conduct and behavior. So I don’t think it is irresponsible reporting, I think it is irresponsible driving.
It’s crazy that sometimes your desire to warn other women can come back to bite you. When I first started at a previous job this girl came up to me immediately and warned me that the guy in the cubicle next to me was a creep and had stalked her and she just wanted me to know. I was actually taken aback because it just…
I totally agree. The Trump administration spent the entire election cycle bucking the system and being proud of it. They didn’t need tradition, they didn’t need the rules. To hear them call for respect etc. now is hilariously hypocritical.
That’s the part that I can’t ever get myself to comprehend- facts don’t work with Trump supporters, logic doesn’t live there.
Yes! I am so worried about everybody I have been abundantly nice to strangers and grinning like a lunatic at everybody I pass. This is a marked improvement to my traditional inability to handle traffic, grocery stores, my face etc.
Heard.
Never underestimate the ability of white men to feel like a victim in a society they control.
I was thinking they would put me out to pasture.

I laughed right out loud at “can you guys use your phones to talk about stuff”.
In this current political climate the fact that the place was silent should tell Mark Kirk that he done fucked up
I live in Syracuse NY and there were KKK recruitment fliers on my husband’s windshield (and other cars nearby). I thought that was shocking, like they are a flag football league looking to round out their roster. Now this herb will be on a national platform. We are SPRINTING backwards.
Oh I know on this story. I meant more as an overall comment about the articles in general, especially in the past year.
Unpopular opinion: sometimes I think Jezebel goes too far in trying to defend the maligned party. While I appreciate the majority of the articles here I do think this is an instance where a person who has been known to be volatile, racist, homophobic and relatively unhinged is getting more defense than she most likely…
You should feel really good about yourself for that one!
I wish I was shocked by this but He has always been pretty vile, even before He was all bingo nights, lime jello and dementia.
It’s not only the number of people that support Trump that terrifies me, it’s their pride in doing so. Like they are out in public, posting on Facebook etc. They don’t even know to be ashamed.
