I’ve been with VZW 15 years and have never had a problem with the upgrade policy. Upgraded last Friday to a LG v10 (loooove it!) and used the payment plan for the first time. The discount to my monthly plan offsets a good chunk of the monthly payment.

Except it’s totally different in that VZW doesn’t charge you an insane interest rate if you’re late.
