Seriously. My walk to the mailbox is about the same as a two week work trip to my idiotic, sweet, excitable little fuzzballs.

I'm actually sad because when I saw the topic I thought, oh goodie, Yoga Nerd MD will take care of our gross-out entertainment needs! But I respect your decision.
I work for a medical device company, we use cadavers in training, and it never occurred to me to ponder the whole defrost-and-clean-goop-out element. Ignorance was bliss :-).
OH and another thing!! I was adopted and never sealed to my family (I only assume that I should have been, i really don't know, now). So you can only imagine as a kid how scared and upset I was to assume that I'd be with a stranger's family in the afterlife. If I even made it anywhere good.
I was really lucky to be LDS as a kid in Southern Cal. While there is a huge population there, our high schools also had seminary on campus for the Mormon kids do get their learn on, when I was old enough to start thinking critically, I was able to walk away without much muss or fuss. But I've had some similar…
PLEASE let this be true. PLEASE. I was much happier with 3-4 L&O versions happening at once than 3-4 versions of highly edited modern archetypes being horrible to each other. With the exception of Hell's Kitchen. I can not quit me the train wrecks that make up Hell's Kitchen.
Like another commenter on this thread, I misunderstood geography. So, in VA, not quite as much as in SLC. But in a devout family (mine during my youth wasn't which is how I was able to get out at 14 without much fight from the parentals) you've got so much of your family life and social structure built around the…
I left the Church when I was about 14 and NEVER looked back. So I certainly have my own, complicated feelings about it. However, I also have several family members who are still deeply involved, in Utah, and to just quit it full stop would absolutely upend their lives, social structures, families and, yes, even job…
I'm annoyed that the negative comments are so common that you have to preempt them in your article. Sometimes it's just a story, people. Relax and read a simple tale about something dumb that some guy in show business did.
Pubic spectacle?
No ticking here, at all. Decided around 18 or 20 that it wasn't for me, got fixed at 37, and am 43 now with zero regrets and still never heard the tick. My sibs have a bunch of kids, my friends have a bunch of kids, I vote for taxes for schools, I'm a productive member of society. But nope, no kidlets for me and now…
I'm doing a vegan challenge for myself in June. I look forward to rounding out my how-to-REALLY-be-an-ex-Mormon education.
I freaking love Utah. I'm a hard drinking, tattooed, atheist, terrible person, but my family is there, it's a gorgeous state, and I've had a lot of good, dirty fun between SLC and Park City. Not quite as much in Provo/Orem, but I did see a gal walking a goat down the street there, which made up for everything else.
Mine is about 25lbs and the shelter said beagle/chi cross. She's pointy like a chi, but way too big and I can sorta see some beagle in her. But she looks like a miniature shepherd in so many ways. Your fella is totes adorbs!!! Very snuggle worthy.
All of this behavior is so ingrained that I forget until I read #YesAllWomen or an article like this how much different my life is than men that are otherwise the same to me (race, socio-economic condition, even size). How my parents treated me differently. How my travels have differed. The care I take when/if I walk…
To the pub, indeed!
That guy is probably a dick. Dogs are good judges of character.
Same. My little yellow ChiX was NOT in the plans but she is amazing. So much personality, so sweet, so funny. She does have a little Napoleon complex at the dog park, that is her one small dog downfall, but I don't treat her like a purse dog and she doesn't act like a purse dog.
I've used "tips@jezebel.com" and ended up with an article written based on the link I sent. Good luck!
