AZ vote by mail is the best. When I lived there, I know I was better prepared to vote bc I could sit down with the ballot and research the judges, ballot initiatives, etc. I loved it.

For a predator like this, the death penalty clearly isn't a deterrent. He's also almost certainly (I'm hedging here, and i don't believe he could be) unable to be rehabilitated. Life in prison is a terrible punishment.
