Where I live, house prices are low enough that a mortgage is way cheaper than rent (which is anomalously high). Financially, buying actually does make a lot of sense because there’s a glut of housing stock.

Glad you said this. I have of course heard U2 songs thousands of times. Who is their actual fanbase? I don’t understand the appeal; their sound strikes me as cynically safe and unobjectionable. There’s no art there.

Agree. My wife and I have a sort of emoji argot unique to us. With everyone else, it's salutations and full sentences.

Western Maine. The transmitters are all just a hair too far away bc it’s hilly here. Portland must have a much higher wattage transmitter, because it often comes in better than Waterville.
