Pressing select in the stats screen (this applies to weapon and inventory screen as well!) allows you to move around and read short descriptions of what each of the icons represent and what that stat actually does.

Still playing Banished. I'm on my fourth (maybe fifth) attempt and I think I finally have a pretty decent grasp on how to run my little brown-haired anarcho-collectivists. I like it.

I picked up Banished a few days ago because it looked pretty. I doubt that it will have crazy civ-level replayability but so far I'm enjoying it quite a bit. And yes, it is very pretty.

This was actually one of my favorite games as a kid (probably not so much because it was a great game, but because it was one of the handful of random titles available for rent at the nearest video store).

When we do play together my husband and I tend to prefer the controller-passing method to either co-oping or versus-ing, unless a game is relatively short (like Dishonored) in which case one person will play through while the other one cheerleads. And then vise versa.
