Does “window-licking” mean something other than “an abusive term for an intellectually disabled person” in America?

It’ll be fine. Just because this is only slightly above every weekend in every town centre in the UK, there will still be nice bits in which to get smashed wherever you’re going. For example, in Glasgow it’s the studenty/trendy West End.
