It’s interesting to read that Conquest’s story is nuanced. I’m hoping this means that the localization fixed up some of the issues with the original script, as it was a pretty common opinion from those who had played the Japanese release that Conquest’s storyline was verging on totally awful.

I love how there was absolutely no mention of Nintendo outside of the SNES vs Genesis argument in this article. They’re the king of exclusives after all.

Honestly, the fact that most of this was kept in, but the Fire Emblem Amie minigame was too saucy to keep is really weird. I totally don’t understand what criteria Nintendo has for determining what to change in localization and what to leave alone. The only things that have made sense, change wise, have been the lack

That’s totally fair, but the complaint about a lack of articles focusing on successful Kickstarters is also valid. Sure, they’re games and should be reported on as such, but they are games that were Kickstarted and that’s far more than just a footnote to their development.

Glad it’s turned out well. Splurged on Digimon earlier this week, so I have to wait a bit for this one, but I’m really glad to read that it’s turned out well. I was hoping for the best from this one and am excited to hear that it’s a 1:1 remake of the original. I never got to play the original so this is pretty

In most Smash circles, broken is how we refer to characters that can do all of what you just mentioned a little too easily. It makes them unfair as beginners can overpower more experienced players with them with little to no time getting used to the character.

I will always argue that movies 2, 5, 8 and 9 are the best Pokemon films, my favourite out of those depends on the day XD, but there’s definitely something about this one that will endure for sure. Great piece!

I’m quite excited about this. Alongside Cyber Sleuth on my Vita, it’s going to be a pretty good week for on-the-go gaming for me as I slowly get closer to the release of Fire Emblem Fates.

True, it definitely wouldn’t take a lot of effort or work on their part to make one. Let’s add that to the pile with pretty much every other PS2 RPG that has never seen a rerelease and deserves one XD.

You mean we may be able to somehow get the PSP game?

I’m more shocked that they haven’t implied that they cut the bath time sequences with all your male (if you’re a male MC) or female (if you’re a female MC) pals as well. Why cut one thing and not the other? Come on Nintendo, show some consistency!

He took away many of the traditional RPG mechanics found in the earlier Paper Mario games. Instead, he had decided he wanted a little more of a traditional Mario game with turn-based combat.

Now I want a new Patapon on the Vita. Thanks for that XD

That’s what I would like to know. Two movies would have been more than enough for the story to be told in full, with a few extras, and would have been interesting to see.

And we’re getting that in a great way through, well, more Harry Potter and Star Wars XD

I totally understand that feeling. For as much grief as I give those movies, more so The Battle of Five Armies than any of the others, it left a hole that Star Wars thankfully filled last Christmas.

I find it funny that this is even really news. After all, I remember reading an article early in 2015 that claimed that Disney was going to corner the Christmas time movie market with a Star Wars film each year. I was honestly more surprised when I found out that Episode VIII was supposed to be coming out in May of

The game’s looking good. I’m quite excited for it, and have been since it was announced. The RPG skeleton, as was mentioned in the first video shared, actually excites me from a gameplay perspective.

Probably a “read the comic” moment, but yeah... it was hinted at, but never stated.

The biggest disappointment, in my eyes, for this game is the lack of characters from other parts of the FE franchise. There are plenty of other characters that could have been used, even though the first, eleventh and thirteenth games are the most popular.
