The last time I had jury duty, I was picked for the trial. It was a domestic battery case. Jury selection took a day, arguments about ten days, then two days' deliberation. We started at 9-3 guilty, and after about five hours meticulously reviewing the evidence, the vote was 11-1.

"In the Arms of an Angel" might not be the right choice to score a softcore scene of Agent Orange pawing some underage strange.

HEY-OOOOOOOOOOOH! Trump YA BURNT.

Once they found out Cooper is intelligent and well educated, he could no longer be the wingnuts' spirit animal.

This is why I turned on him. He doesn't apply the requisite care before he delivers his jeremiads, leaving his audience with the impression that there's a markedly greater share of Muslims who believe impossible religious things and are therefore beyond reason than among Christians who could be described the same way.

Definitely agree about that. In a similar but much less dangerous way, it's hard to generalize about American Christians (esp. Evangelicals) without being classist.
