I disagree. Scores or grades don't replace reviews, but they can serve a valuable purpose. Even bearing in mind that they are inherently subjective, a very high score (if rare) can bring attention to the artwork it wouldn't otherwise receive.

I have learned to ignore the grades and just evaluate the contents of the review, but it still bugs that they've destroyed the utility of their grading scale for no reason.
