Part of me wants to think that it’s a way to pull Channel Zero’s audience into the madness of Candle Cove and, if that’s the case, it spins the entire show in a whole new light.

I’m not sure if anyone else noticed this...but the very last second of the finale, we see Marla Painter looking off in the distance to the blue jay in the bird feeder...but at the absolute last second before fading to black, she looks the camera dead on. Make of that what you will.
