A player on the offensive team may not preceed the puck into the attacking zone. It has nothing to do with when it leaves the passers stick, only when it crosses the blue line. It’s not soccer. It appears the goal scorers back skate is still in contact with the blue line when the puck crosses, thus no off sides.
