I have fond memories of the T2 arcade shooter. I can’t really think of any for home consoles.

What it’s made out of and how it could possibly work is really interesting, because it’s not only as malleable as liquid yet hard when needed, but also has color/texture changing properties as well.
I think your critique of why it’s an Arnold model again is a bit ridiculous and not worth noting at all. Here’s an easy one for you, maybe it’s the only T800 they had lying around? That they were forced to send a T800 that looked like the model that had terrorized Sarah and wrecked havoc in Souther California a decade…
We’ve always had the potential to be this stupid, but we had guardrails to mitigate it. I think 24 hour news and social media have emboldened viral stupidity.
Totally within your preference to skip the manga because of it’s length, but just want to mention that it is an excellent manga on its own and worth a read if you are at all interested in the story and like comics/manga for their own sake.
It seems like many of the male characters in the film picked up on it. Definitely Murray and maybe Josh at the party?
That’s a sweet story. What was her reaction to your tour?
I haven’t caught up with this show (sorry) but curious, did they explain if their time travel is different than the conception in Endgame? Because my understanding from the film is that changing something in the past via time travel will not affect the present. Or are the SHIELD agents just trying to stop this for…
I’m also a fan of the tangents and worldbuilding that all the “extra” stuff in FfC and ADwD have afforded. I was certainly a bit disappointed on my first read through, but on rereading I find there’s a lot of good stuff, actually perhaps the real thematic heart of the series, in those books. Because ASoIaF (at least…
Barring disaster, I am pretty confident we will get Winds of Winter. Even with disaster, we’ll be getting a pretty complete product eventually.

I would love to compare the drafts fo the time-skip version to what we got. I have to imagine that for as exposition heavy as they might’ve been, they actually would’ve gotten on with things quicker and reduced the number of POVS since the established POVS would be filling us in anyway.
Book 5 is every bit as much of a reflection/wound licking interlude for the other half of the characters. If it had come out the following year as originally intended (and shorter in length) it would’ve been okay. But because it took so long they marketed it as a return to the plot churn of the first 3 books. (Not to…
The problem with the Jon Snow twist is that you had the rise of the internet and years without new product for people to just pore endlessly over what already existed. The books have been dissected to the nth degree for lack of anything else for its fans to consume instead.
I think he had the outline of the overall plot, but the actual mechanics of it have gotten out of his control, especially with the side quests, subplots, and secondary characters he found and developed along the way. Trying to reconcile all those things with his original vision (along with his natural tendency to…
Everyone who continues to work with him (and people like Allen and Polanski) e is making a clear decision that they are okay with the behavior that occurred. Damn am I disappointed by some of the people who decided they are okay with continuing to work with them.
There’s been the recurring argument about the art made by these troublesome individuals, that it should stand apart from them. I leave it up to the individual whether they are able to separate the art from the person or not. To me, if you’re going to be thinking and bothered by the real life facts of the person who…
I’m not sure, Toy Story of Terror and That Time Forgot seem very geared to their holiday themes. (I don’t think the shorts were ever ideas for full films). I would be really surprised if they were ever intended for anything else.
It’s a fun movie. And the fans who really like it *really* like it.
I’d disagree that it’s philosophical contemplation is a serious step down from 3. There’s some serious empty nest analogies here that weren’t really addressed in Toy Story 3, that was much more about the process of letting your kid go once they’ve grown up. This is more about what do you do with the rest of your life o…
