I have fond memories of the T2 arcade shooter.   I can’t really think of any for home consoles.

We’ve always had the potential to be this stupid, but we had guardrails to mitigate it. I think 24 hour news and social media have emboldened viral stupidity.

I would love to compare the drafts fo the time-skip version to what we got. I have to imagine that for as exposition heavy as they might’ve been, they actually would’ve gotten on with things quicker and reduced the number of POVS since the established POVS would be filling us in anyway.

The problem with the Jon Snow twist is that you had the rise of the internet and years without new product for people to just pore endlessly over what already existed.  The books have been dissected to the nth degree for lack of anything else for its fans to consume instead.

I’m not sure, Toy Story of Terror and That Time Forgot seem very geared to their holiday themes. (I don’t think the shorts were ever ideas for full films). I would be really surprised if they were ever intended for anything else.
