quest drops that you turn in for cash (chests, skulls, etc...) actually stay on your person and/or ship until turned in at an outpost (quest hub). Other players can come steal your stuff anytime.

I don’t think so, but it’s possible. It was years ago.
All I remember about the Megamac, which I did have once, was that it had so much sauce that the patties and bread were sliding everywhere, making it hard to handle. Top patty was going left, middle patty right, center bun backwards, was kind of a mess.
For a VERY long time McDonalds also had Wedge Fries in PR, and they were basically the best fast food french fry ever. I can’t understand why we reverted to the (imho) gross shoestrings.
Curiously, we had these in Puerto Rico oh..... 15 years ago? They did have subtle differences:
1. Grand Mac was called Megamac
3. Mac Jr. was called Minimac, and had 3 buns and 2 patties like a big mac. truly it’s smaller counterpart
