Came here to post or check for this. Leaving Satisfied.

I’m 41, lived in MN my whole life. I’ve never had a gas car that lost 15-20%. Usually between 5 and 10% depending on how cold it is out (down to -30°F). Our new Model 3? Range is CUT IN HALF (no exageration) below zero °F when you want a 70 deg cabin and go 70mph. Now we still pay far less in cost per mile for “fuel”

5 undamaged and 7-10 slightly damaged cars running practice laps.   So pretty much F1.

The problem is they would lose even more than they already do on each unit, by a factor of 10.

I love it, but not in white unfortunately.

It’s not about that. It’s about a person who has little to no experience and education in acoustics and noise arbitrarily enforcing a clearly written upper limit. Meaning, not measuring a damn thing, and making you guilty until proven innocent.

Sure, but the associated law being enforced is more qualitative. In this case a clearly quantitative statute is now being enforced qualitatively. That’s not justice, that’s miscarriage of it. Now if they write a law that is similar to a public nuisance law with a broad and arbitrary nature then enforce as such , then

The Salient point here is it’s borderline a complete civil rights violation to have a law written in very clear and measurable quantitative language.(much like a speed limit) Then write the supplemental enforcement law to not just to allow, but to encourage, arbitrary and capricious enforcement of the original

I’m not so sure. Depending on the estimate and when the GPS analysis was done the figures were minimum 50hp and up to 100 hp deficit between the Renault power unit and the Ferarri/Merc works teams.  Yet Red Bull were still right there all year, and on some tracks, just outright faster race pace.  Even in race maps you

Yet, if Honda finally gets their Shit together this year, both the Germans and the Italians better duck.

Even with its (minor) build quality issues and bugs, our Tesla Model 3 Performance is a Joy to drive and own.

Now playing

Careful, if you do that, Guam might tip over.

Elon already demonstrated how first responders should address this problem. Blast the car into space. Plenty cold enough to halt any further exothermic reactions...

I’ve sold and bought a lot of used cars. As a seller your a moron if you don’t insist on a bill of sale with a sold as-is clause. As a buyer you should find nothing wrong in a seller asking for such an agreement in writing. It’s an up front and honest way of ensuring both are on the same page and people dont go abuse

Jeez people are hard on these folks.   Sometimes it’s just a simple story to share a fantastic video, like this.

This is a very real possibility because a rotary by its nature has a localized rich mixture at the trailing end of the combustion chamber. If they can somehow get the same effect of igniting that rich mixture and the pressure front can propagate and auto ignite the lean leading part of the chamber for a more

Here we go again. To anyone who really knows Rotary Engines are exactly as reliable as their owners, no more, no less.  You can get away with skipping maintenance on a honda civic, but you cannot on a rotary engine.  In the racing world they are FAR more reliable than any boinger, because you can keep them clean.

The thing is, electric grid demand over the past 10 years has essentially been flat, on average.   Primarily because of LED bulbs and other drops in usage.  That’s even with the increase in electric cars.  It’s expected to start increasing again once most buildings and homes have mostly switched to LED.

This article just proves that tesla is not a car company, it’s a tech company, because they sold hundreds of thousands of people vaporware! Even folks that got cars didnt get what they paid for. Vast majority of the performance Model 3s with the performance upgrade package sold to date were not shipped with the carbon
