I dunno, that is kinda on the edge there. When you bring up your sexuality, it is kinda impossible to skip the fact that you are talking about who you would like to have sex with. As long as they are also blocking people talking about the same things in a strait relationship, I don’t really see the need to make a big

There are kids that can’t be vaccinated either because they are too young or have some sort of other health issue that makes it impossible for them to receive a vaccination. Your misconception is that you think this is to protect vaccinated kids when in reality it is to protect those kids that can’t receive

“We’ve reached out to Kjellberg for comment and will update if we hear back.”

Can we have Mary Elizabeth McGlynn do the dubbing for the English version as well? Her voice is so synonymous with the Major that it would feel kinda weird not to hear it in the movie.

So everyone has to be equal to or better than whites otherwise it’s racist? Talk about a boring and very predictable way to write characters. Not to mention somewhat racist as well. You’re assuming that the only reason why a white character can be better at something than everyone else is because he is white. Sorry,

Even when watching videos from people I like, I only watch videos if the game itself is interesting, and Ive always found the person playing is the entertainment valueargument to be bullshit.

I think the stereotype that all Asians have to be better at martial arts then every other race is probably just as (if not more) offensive. If they used an Asian actor, fans of the comic books would be complaining about not staying true to the character and every other virtue signaling whiner would be complaining

How did I insult you? I was arguing that athletes publicly betting on themselves draws unwanted attention if they are really trying to play the system. You commenting on the shadiness of that action was proof of that unwanted attention and I was pointing it out to prove my point.

That is assuming allot of things going on behind the scenes. And I would think that if someone wanted to throw a fight for profit, they probably wouldn’t go around publicly advertising that they bet on themselves (and I seriously doubt competent criminals would ask them to do that). That just draws unwanted attention

Maybe you should try having an argument rather then making broad generalizations about people you have never met.

Except the people who bring up a character’s identity often present it as they can only identify with characters that look like them. If it really was the way you said, then they probably wouldn’t have brought it up to begin with as a character’s looks would then be a non-issue.

If Disney was going to go through with a Yuuzhan Vong like story would you:

Who’s to say that Star Wars can’t have complex stories? Hell some of the best Star Wars stories and characters comes from the KOTOR video games, and those stories are fairly complex. HK-47, an assassin droid with a colorful past and a morally ambiguous personality is easily the best character ever to be drummed up in

In what way? It sets up a bigger villain by making a character that was able to manipulate one of the biggest villains in the Star Wars universe. It also explains why Palpatine never brought up the upcoming threat as he was attempting to accumulate power rather than trying to prepare the galaxy for an upcoming war.

I always found the problem with Anakins story was the whole I cut off Mace Windus hands, now Im completely evil for some reason. Time to go kill some younglings!. That has always been something that I have had a problem with the Star Wars universe, do one or two bad things and suddenly you drop all reason and go

I think it would be more interesting if Palpatines lust for power was being manipulated by an unseen character who has been trying to create the Empire to prepare the Galaxy for a bigger threat. The way Palpatine is played in the movies doesnt really fit very well with someone doing bad things for the right reasons.

That definitely makes a villain that is fun to watch, but it doesnt make for a very interesting character. Sith being evil for evils sake is a very tired cliché in the Star Wars Universe. I want to see more villains in Star Wars that are in a more moral grey area.

Wait, AIM has been around all this time? I thought it stopped existing years ago when better services began popping up everywhere.

“Players are using external means to play the game without being actively involved. It’s a dick move.”

When you account for hours worked (men tend to do more overtime than women) or willingness negotiate salary (men tend to be more aggressive when it comes to wage negotiation than women) or other life choices (women have to take maternity leave as a man can’t give birth to a child), that gap practically disappears.
