The noise level inside a Miata at highway speeds is already enough to make any additional noises caused by this vent, inconsequential.

The previous Gen Colts were better and a lot more cutting edge when they first came out. My first car was an ‘84 Colt DL with the power shifter. I drove the front suspension (as opposed to the wheels) off that thing and got great gas mileage. Too bad the Zero to 60 was something like 15 minutes.
