You can't, and I imagine it's worse because you actually know how to use design programs well enough to reduce flab, etc. My rule of thumb is that I'll only remove things that are temporary, like acne, undereye circles, redness, etc. I wont make someone skinnier, I wont give them bigger boobs, I wont lighten/darken…

Thanks for the clarification, and I can see how my language may have been troubling. I imagine being in post-production you get your fair share of insane requests for editing that wouldn't give you a whole lot of faith in the industry as far as beauty standards go.
