Well I was planning on putting myself through the torment of a new Titans season anyhow, just to see if Dick actually goddamn learns something for once in his life, so at least I’ll have a Stargirl guest spot to look forward to.

The more grungy Henry Cavill gets the better he looks.
I think Grammarly look one look at his writing, chuckled weakly, and died.
1. Henry Cavill is a better Geralt than he is Superman
The Mandalorian does have an inbuilt story mechanism allowing Pascal to not actually be needed on set for a large part of the time.
…How much Superman are we getting? Because Pedro Pascal is still The Mandalorian, despite spending 11 months off in Canada filming The Last of Us. Anything less than a new Superman movie every six months (and they better all be good), and I think we’re getting screwed on this deal…

Dying from the challenge would be if the owner came out and shot them, or if the hack caused the car to lock all the doors and catch fire. They died from crashing a stolen car.
Did anyone else catch that brief shot of Mon’s daughter cutting through the foreground while they talked about Chandrilans getting married at age 15? And where’s Banker Tay Mon asks? Funny that this show took two opportunities to introduce those two at separate parties for no discernible purpose.
I actually loved the confrontation between Saw and Luthen. It was insanely well acted and written. When I saw Beau Willimon’s writing credit in the end titles, I knew why.
I wonder if Syril’s story will see him realizing the Empire doesn’t give a crap about him and he ends up turning his back on them, but that’d kind of be a retread of a story in the Rebels show.
did I miss something or was the prison population a little too...human-y?? Same with folks on Ferrix. Again I may have missed something but was quite noticeable in this Ep...
Very THX 1138, in a good way.
I hope he never gets a real trajectory, certainly nothing important to the plot. Syril is the embodiment of the sniveling loser side of fascism and it is entirely appropriate for him to spend the entire show being kicked around and belittled by other fascists.
Del and Cinta have a long wait ahead of them.
Is it odd that I got a little bit of a nerdy joy at seeing Andors future commando buddy Melchi from the Scariff raid as part of the Table 5 crew?
More connective tissue to Rogue One: one of the prisoners with Cassian is named Melshi --- who will go on to be part of the Rebels’/Jyn and Cassian’s Scarif mission team. Same actor, I’m pretty sure.
This show is astonishing. The real life stakes of these characters contrasting the brutal banality of fascism executed in the most beautifully produced Star Wars Galaxy to date. I can’t believe this show exists.
Week 8 of Damn I Love This Show.
Really good Rogue One connective tissue in that Cassian’s fellow prisoner is Melshi, who helps him lead the raid on Skarif. So likely he comes along whenever Andor busts out.
