“hearing the original story was bleak has you wonder what Amini’s ideas were that warranted such heavy rewrites.”

I would totally buy this iMac now, with upgraded everything. There are so many incredible designs for appliances that are no longer made, but hold up as designs, that I cannot imagine that the masses would not want to buy. Braun for one made incredible products that design wise stand the test of time, and the company

Well, yeah.

You should know, a hand is not,a whole limb”. The whole (upper) limb is divided into the arm between shoulder and elbow; the forearm between elbow and wrist; and the hand below the wrist. Luke lost he hand. It was awful, and shocking, but it wasn’t a whole limb.

They haven’t named the new iteration yet. They just announced that they are rebooting it... Along with all the episodes from Degrassi: The Next Generation now available on HBO Max.

In my 20s I did stamp my money with pink ink that read, “Gay Money”. I’m sure I still have the stamp in a drawer somewhere... If I can ever afford to go to WDW, maybe I will buy a new ink pad.

Disney “signed the HRC’s national business statement opposing anti-LGBTQ+ legislation”, and then did absolutely nothing to oppose anti-LGBTQI+ legislation. Hmm.

It’s not a good idea. My guess is that you are not LGBTQI+ nor is someone you are close to. So you cannot empathize with or understand what they have to do to survive in this world.

Aren’t there also cruise ships that are permanent residences? I remember reading about one years ago that was being developed, and it just constantly travels the world. I would rather that than having to continually transfer ships after each voyage, if I was into it at all.

That’s funny, I immediately thought of Marvel’s Jubilee, when I saw Bosco.

Yes, well, Julian Fellowes is, Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes, Baron Fellowes of West Stafford, and a Conservative peer of the House of Lords.

I read the answer to my own question, and is exactly so. In the 1800s a girl was only to put her hair up to signal that she was available for marriage. It meant that she was out in society and considered a woman. Oh, well, it seems that Gladys has many milestones she hasn’t been allowed to reach.

Is there a rule against a girl who has not been brought out into society from putting her hair up? Every time I see Gladys, my gut reaction is, someone put her awful ratty hair up as is the style. She looks so out of place with her hair over her shoulders, and it isn’t doing her any favors.

My favorite, terrible part of the bad dinner theater was when “Rey” activates her retractable lightsaber (to cheers!) only to VERY obviously set it down on the ground, so she can pick up the fighting lightsaber. Meanwhile the retractable lightsaber is still lit and continues to reflect off all of the surfaces above it.

Usually not when the ship is 275 years old.

I had the same immediate thought, “ Why does it look like brutalist architecture instead of something more in keeping with Star Wars?” It shouldn’t even have a name plate that says Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser, it should have read, Galactic Starcruiser Spaceport”, or some such.

Yep, me too. I keep looking at it, it’s like that optical illusion where you see a duck and then a rabbit. Darcy, Patrick, Darcy, Patrick. Weird. They don’t look anything like each other, but in this picture they sure do.

Finally, some good news, though the Catholics don’t tend to follow their religious leaders unless it suits them... just like most people, though they talk a good game.

Though wouldn’t that be a just reward, them coming for his marriage after everything he has done for his cult.

Exactly! For the people who have no power or money, keep having babies, which makes sure there is a solid underclass to fill the low wage (unskilled) jobs, that keep the upper-class happy.
