I agree. I enjoyed the season, and the episode, but I feel the same way. I was so happy to have a show about characters in the SW universe, but with lives not intertwined with previous stories or the Skywalkers. On the other hand, I do not think the Skywalkers will continue on in the show, it was a cameo, nothing

Luke didn’t win because he was the superior warrior, he took Vader down because Vader was conflicted, his heart wasn’t in it. Vader did not want to kill his son and gave the advantage to Luke, which was great, but Luke didn’t beat him. I think Ashoka is definitely the superior fighter over Luke, but not to Vader.

Considering the BBC cannot even manage to produce an entire series annually, the idea of a channel is a joke.

Can this be done with ground poultry? It cooks very similarly to ground beef, so maybe baking soda would help ground turkey?

Fun fact! The idea that Silver and Kreese served in Vietnam together is impossible. The actor the plays Silver, Thomas Ian Griffith, would have been 11 years old the year that the U.S. extricated itself from the Vietnam War, while the actor that plays Kreese, Martin Kove, would have been 28. While ages can be fudged,

I enjoyed the performance. I have a greater issue with the commodification of a function of the state into entertainment... Yes, there should be celebrating, and honoring the process. This shouldn’t be like a New Year’s Eve show, or even an Independence Day show... I cannot express how happy I feel to be out from

Pass. Thanks for the warning!

I wish this was true for every media outlet. They continue to talk about him on my local TV channels. It doesn’t help that he now live less than two miles from my house. UGH.

I owned mine before the pandemic, but I did buy additional filters, I also “hacked” the mask and added a self made filter for the exhaled air valve, so as not to expose people to my “exhaust”. One of the other great things about using this mask is the air is always refreshed with every breath, so no breathing in humid

There is no one good mask design. I am using a 3M half face respirator. I have tried every variation of surgical and non-surgical masks... The only one that stays put is the firm molded cup variety or the sort of coffee filter/duck bill design, but nothing keeps my eyeglasses from fogging up, so I use the respirator.

Well said.

Providence sounds just like one of those Lost-ish type shows “they” keep pumping out in an attempt to replicate Lost’s success, except they never go anywhere and get cancelled within a season.

Nancy Drew is awful. It wouldn’t be as terrible as it is if it was called Mary’s Mystical Mystery Show, because it is

Uh, I don’t know about what others might say, but what I wrote was a tease. I did not throw aspersions in your direction. No vilification or attempt to denigrate your point of view. I like Utica, I just thought your praise of her was pretty funny, “Utica vs. Utica”! Come on, that is definitely in Mom territory. lol

Not even close. Personally, I never had any issues with DS9.Nothing you have mentioned as arguments against DS9 are even remotely similar to the points I have made against ST:D...

Okay, Utica’s mom, I mean Miko, you really like her!

I enjoyed the UK premier much more than I have any of the first three episodes of this U.S. season so far!

agreed!

I have to disagree. I know plenty of stunning women who had dated and married average looking, even below average looking men. Women are not as keyed into appearance and men are. Many women will date good looking men as a rule, but when they decide to look at settling down, they are emotionally drawn to things that

So S.W.O.R.D. is doing this? Or just observing what is going on within her head... Maybe she is catatonic and they have her hooked up to monitor her, this is the output, but they may or may not be the cause.

Me too, with repulsor power up sound effect.
