This appears to be her very first (And hopefully, last) article here.  The only other person of significance that shares the same name is an extremely-indie game designer.  So you hit the nail on the head.  Kinda says where Kotaku is as a site if it’s posting things like this from no-names.

...They’re not millionaires. Their NON-PROFIT group has made millions, and donated it. Their kickstarter paid for the cartoon.  They are voice actors first and foremost, and they don’t get paid that much, though probably more than most since they’re good at it.  Millioniares?  Nah.

That should tell you all you need to know about this fake outrage.  If you can’t find negative comments on YOUTUBE of all places, it doesn’t exist.

They’re not rich.  They’re voice actors.

With the exception of the newest member of the table, and lacking the problem child that lasted about 30 episodes in the first campaign, it’s entirely the same group that started playing a game at home.  That’s WHY it works so well.  Adding others just for the sake of diversity would kill the whole thing.

If content creators like the members of Critical Role continue to profit at this scale, they have to understand that they will become beholden to public opinion. Material wealth has material consequences. It is no longer just a group of friends. It was never just a game.”

And that’s where you’re wrong and apparently

Annnnnd now you’re whitewashing.

Came to this after seeing an article about, and I quote, “Disney Villians that Fuck”.  I don’t know what kind of audience you want with these articles, but I don’t want to be associated with them.

We have strict standards against publishing sexualised images of children, but on this occasion we regrettably fell short of those standards.

Readers are understandably uncomfortable about these kinds of depictions of characters who are often depicted as or thought of as teenagers.”

Uh, in the case of Hermione there, she WAS a teenager. That model is of a teenage actress who wasn’t of age at the time the model was made. There’s no ‘depiction’.  There’s no

In 35 years, I’ve never heard anyone say a bad word about Nicholas Cage.  He’s pretty much at a Keanu level of nice if you happen to run into him.

Hm. One of these people was a successful lawyer, actually did something in the White House other than bake cookies, was Secretary of State, and won the election by 3 million votes. The other has failed in business for decades, only kept afloat by other lawyers and his daddy’s money, and only became President because

Was Eighth Grade nominated at all? Because here’s a good barometer for that. Did you like Boyhood? If you did, go nuts. I made it a half hour until Girlhood before I figured out nothing of note was going to continue to happen.

Also Roma qualifies as well.  DULL.  If you like ‘slice of life’ film/that flavor of Indie,

I’m going to tell you Bernie’s unelectable because he lost by 4 million votes to the person you just spent so many paragraphs slamming, the person who by the way did beat Trump by 3 million votes.

I wouldn’t mind voting for a ‘Berniecrat’, provided it was someone who understood the process of making laws. Someone

I feel like we’re going to be seeing that same sentence over and over for the next 3 years.

It’s great as a milestone for the LGBT stuff....But does it really help when the writing is so horrid?

To be fair, the polls always said she’d win by a few million votes. She did.

Under-educated white workers scared that their jobs and ways of life are going away and they see the liberals focusing on social progress instead of making sure jobs like Coal don’t go away.

Trump and Republicans lied their asses off to these people. Instead of being honest that these jobs are going away and America

Any system that ends up electing Donald Trump is by definition not a good thing. This isn’t the 1800's any more.

Their voting base desired Hillary, that’s why she won against Sanders by 4 million votes. America voted for Hillary by millions of votes as well.

Sanders had accomplished nothing in decades of being a career politician, and only became a Democrat when it was politically convenient for him to do so. He ignored
