Seamstress here. Any outdoor fabric will be fine. The really important part is getting foam that’s rated for outdoor use. Otherwise it’s going to mildew and rot on you. Also be sure to use heavy-duty upholstery thread.

A seamstress could put one in for you. I add them to most pants I buy for myself. Since I have to hem everything anyway, I take the trimmed off bits to make the straps and just buy the slider.

It’s probably the compression bra making them look smaller than you expected. I was disappointed by how much bigger mine were after the bandages and the tight bra came off. I told the surgeon that I wanted fried egg titties and he gave me apples. :(

That’s how I did it. I had the same problems (shoulder dents and pinched nerves/numbness, plus constant back pain). But mine came at puberty. A C-cup by 12 and G by 25 on a 5ft 115lb frame.
