I have a question, I am a noob at this but if your download is 1Gbps does that make any difference if the upload speed on the server you are downloading from is only like 80Mbps? So your download will only be what the other persons upload is, no?

Something similar already exists If I login from another device it automatically logs out the other device automatically. It will only let me stay signed in at one location. (not including the iPhone app)
