@blyan: Well yes it will use the cell network but FaceTime uses the internet to make "calls". You are connected to Apples servers which connect the FaceTime calls. As long as it has an active internet connection and Apple servers are not blocked it will work on any carrier using any technology. Remember, it worked

@blyan: Yes because FaceTime doesn't use the cell network at all. Think about this. The iPhone is worldwide.
