doctor here. totally a possibility that he had an undiagnosed bleeding disorder or some sort of structural abnormality with his vasculature that could have set him up for a brain bleed or other type of internal bleeding. Either way, very sad outcome.

I wouldn’t be able to trust myself with a gun! I’ve had multiple brushes with suicide in the past, I wouldn’t ever want to give myself an easy way out. I’d rather get a taser instead. ;)
