I feel like Houston has expensive housing too. I own a house but if we we’re to rent it for what our mortgage is it wouldn’t rent because it’s too expensive for a two bedroom house. I’d like to sell and start over.

Thank you for your input. I know the youtube make-up guru field is saturated but that’s the route I want to take anyways. I’ve been building a lot of self confidence lately and although I would love to be one of the lucky people who turns it into a career, i’d be just fine doing it for fun.
