They'll be back. This app has been a around for quite a while. I had it when it was only available for Blackberry and then I had it for Android and now I have it for iPhone. It worked very well on BB and 'droid so there's no reason to believe iPhone will be any different.

Yeah, I went to the iOS App Store and it got horrible reviews there too. Unless this handles texting from end to end I don't see the point. I guess you get the first outgoing text for free but if someone texts a lot what benefit does that really provide?

Can I just say that I really dislike the way these "Best Of" features render when trying to read them inside of Google Reader? The link and name of the app are always behind the "Features" image.

No wonder I'm so gullible: I only ever hear criticisms of myself.

I gave up on eBay a while ago because the fees they charge are way too high (I credit Meg Whitman with ruining what used to make eBay so attractive) and Amazon is typically only worth using is the item is somewhat uncommon enough that I'm not trying to see an item for $0.01. That is it exactly. What I did notice is that despite installing Music Manager yesterday I had to re-install again today to get the download option. Also, the download purchased option in Music Manager only works on tracks Google considers having sold for free. Anything they give away (like the Pearl Jam, DMB or

Does anyone know how to download the "free" songs that I've added to my library? I know I could manage it if I had Android but I don't.

I'm glad to see this issue finally getting more mainstream coverage.

This is a little misleading because the rewards points can only be used on items that can be put in your shopping cart and as far as I can see their digital downloads can only be purchased using "one-click" which bypasses the cart altogether.

Yeah, they just barely added it. If I wanted to manage my collection on my computer (like iTunes but for comics) I'd probably recommend Comic Rack but for something that's fast, light weight and easy to use I prefer Sumatra now.

I've always found auto-run more annoying than anything.

I have ti disagree with this recommendation half-way. I really like Google Voice but the Google sponsored app is not all that great. I would highly recommend GV Mobile + ([itunes.apple.com]) in place of this app.

I would have thought that the biggest threat to Android is Steve Jobs' death-bed vendetta.

I've never had a good enough experience with any of these apps to vote for any of them. It's not that any of them are particularly bad but none of them are particularly good either.

This worked for me until I synced my phone then Newsstand ended up outside of the folder.

Yeah, I lost all my articles with the iOS 5 update and then again (on my iPad and iPhone) with the version 4 update. Well, I know i did with my iPad but I just set my iPhone to sync and went back to work so it's possible that I didn't lose them on my iPhone too. And I mentioned this by way of warning and was not

I think there is an Android app that syncs with Instapaper. I'm pretty sure I downloaded one one time but they wanted me to pay after I had synced so I ended up deleting it.
