Maybe it's my age but I kind of like the "spreadsheet" look and feel to iTunes over the modern art look of the Zune software. It's not as reliable as iTunes and when something goes wrong in iTunes I don't go blind AND mad trying to figure it out like i do in the Zune software.

@Rasveer Singh: Something similar happened to me when I got the original Zune. I gave up and went back to the iPod.

Oh how I wish I hadn't had to switch back to Verizon and could use this. Opera Mini is the only thing I really miss.

@t3knomanser: I was just about to post the same thing.

@kz26: If I had an iPod Touch that's what I'd do.

$25 for the Snow Leopard upgrade from Amazon & $50 for Toast Titanium 10 since Toast 8 is a "legacy" product that wasn't going to be fully functional. Not bad since I can get $20 back in the form of a rebate.

It has been proven possible but all of the ones that I have read about all require the user to do something they shouldn't whereas a PC can be brought down (in some instances) without the user doing anything except using the PC as it is.

Desktop access is more like a backup than a necessity. Besides, most of the GMail advantage isn't necessarily had through a desktop client anyway.

It's nice that they tried to make this more user friendly but it still has a LONG way to go. I can't get sidebars on both sides, turn off displays that I only wanted to see what they looked like, etc. This looks cool but it is still a pain to configure.

@Kaelri: That did it for me but it was way too difficult to figure out. If this is supposed to reduce the need to know the code then burying it doesn't seem like such a good idea.

@TehNomad: Wait, what? You don't like it because it works so well in Word?

I like it, if it works as well as the one in Office 2007. If I were in charge there though I'd go for the addition of functionality and easy of use. I use OOo as much as I can but there are times that I have to go back to MS Office for functionality (xslx files can hald more data tan ods files can, no row limit and

I like naps but when I do they rarely end up being brief and then I can't seem to fall asleep that night until 2am or so.

Vote: Adobe Acrobat.

I agree with pretty much everyone who has posted. Apple/AT&T (when this happens who can really tell? It really harms both of them equally) is shooting themselves in the foot. Also, these apps aren't just for the iPhone, the iPod Touch is pretty popular too and that has nothing to do with AT&T.

I'm on the Mexican radio!

This is just another example of why Google is kicking the $h*t out of Yahoo. I used to be a die hard Yahoo person but I got sick and tired of their poor spam filtering, the slow, bloated email interface and their desire to charge for nearly all of their useful email features. Google is stating to head that way with

Does it manage to identify itself as the reason it runs so slow?

@Tony Bullard: Because the RIAA doesn't deal with movies: that's the MPAA. DRM for MUSIC is dead.

I've posted my RSS link from my Blogspot blog and the random post isn't showing up in my signature.
