Amazingly Ferrari is pretty good with parts for the older cars. I didn’t say cheap but they will find and or make it for you. The build quality on about every car from this era is terrible. The price of this car back in the day would make you expect a bit more. IMO

I’m a huge VW fan, and have worked on Gen I and II Golfs when they have been in my garage in the past...and I would not touch this thing with a ten foot poll. Doing anything to this car would be a nightmare unless you were the one that put the mess together and knew all of the quirks.

OMG, I was looking pretty hard at Phaetons over the past month. They can be a great bargain. That said, getting them serviced is pretty hard, depending on where you are. There are very few certified mechanics to work on them, and any part that breaks or needs replacing comes at Bentley prices. I could not find a W12,

Yeah....people say they’d never buy a wagon. Well what the hell do they think these things are?

Hey now, lets not get carried away! They can only reach those extreme velocities on a few select, short sections of less-dangerously-poorly-maintained track...

Ive always wanted 13” wheels on my turquoise caymavettarri

A Porrari Caymiorano, cute.

honestly, for the condition it’s in and what comes with it, this might sell for close to that price. Though I desperately want to vote crack pipe because it was wood-grain leviathans like this which turned at least two generations of americans off of wagons.

But Audi (occasionally) makes cars that look good.

Maybe he should ask Liam for some help. Liam has a particular set of skills for this sort of thing. Skills that he has acquired over a very long career.

There is a way to improve. It's called 2-person cockpit rule. It's mandatory in US, why the fuck it wasn't mandatory in Europe is beyond me. Any airline safety rule that one country enacts, should be mandatory in all countries. When it comes to air safety, countries need to stop their bitching and agree on rules and

Yeah, you could buy this used Mercedes S Class for the price of a new Mitsubishi Mirage!

Good news:

I really, really want Obama to just start trolling them on his way out. Just start making statements emphatically in favor of whatever the Rs want or hold dear just to see how quickly they about-face and are suddenly against what they once proclaimed as wonderful.

I swear, if Obama one day said, "You know, Reagan was a great president" suddenly every Republican would start hating Reagan.

Its also slower than the 2015 GTI by 8mph in the 1/4. And a mustang v6 will do the 1/4 mile in 0.7 sec faster and 10mph faster. Crazy when you put its legendary performance into modern perspective.

2.0 TDI? Is that the decent 170 HP version they get in Europe, or the wimpy 140 HP version we get here?
