As a previous E320 Cabriolet owner I can attest that this asking price is too high for a car with faults. If I were to buy this car is like to see service records that the head gasket was replaced yet or deduct $2k if still on the original gasket.

NP for me. K70s are incredibly rare...and it wasn't just a car that NSU planned to sell, it was essentially a Ro80 with a couple different body panels with a conventional piston engine. VW wanted to capitalize on their acquisition of NSU very quickly after they shuttered the operation and spirited the K70 to market
