I'm not an (Americanized) Chinese food connoisseur or anything, but the sauce for Broccoli Beef is absolutely not the same flavor as the sauce for General Tso's. And if either of them came out as watery as the sauce in that header picture, I'd be very disappointed.

I was lucky enough to try Rhur-style currywurst in Bochum, where it's made with a sauce that's rich and spicy and delicious. The "ketchup sprinkled with a little curry powder" version just sounds so sad, comparatively.
