Long out of production.

Yup, otherwise a country like Azerbaijan wouldn’t ever be allowed to host. I lived in Abu Dhabi for a while and went to the grand prix there - not nearly as bad a record as Saudi, but the entire reason they have a race is to buy prestige and publicity.

That was my first thought as well. This thing, if it ever comes out, won’t look anything like this. It would never be certified.

Just awful.

When I’m back in the states, I alternate between a Model 3 and a pretty new Audi - the Audi has better build quality, but the difference is smaller than a lot of Jalops like to claim.

Those wheels are glorious.

I’m curious how these services will work outside of the US. I’m an expat in Belgium, and Netflix has strange selection (given the small country, it makes sense), and does odd things like only licensing subtitles in Dutch (making it nearly impossible to watch any foreign language content, even in a country that is 40%

I’d buy a Model 3 over a comparable ICE sedan at this point, no contest. I thought I’d hate the interior until I drove my father’s for a couple weeks last year, but the thing is a great daily, and is even fine on road trips.

“Are you serious: Saying that one EV looks good and another EV looks bad means I hate EVs?”

UHT milk has been the standard in Europe for ages. If you only use it for cooking, you’d never notice the difference.

Can’t wait to see how poor the longevity of these folding screens is.

I recommend Lawyers, Guns & Money - similar writing style and content and a pretty good commentariat.

I’ll second LGM as a go-to. They don’t fall prey to leftier-than-thou shenanigans either.

LGM is great, and the writers are generally a bit better informed and nuanced.

The Camry or Accord could easily compete on bloat - the 80's models are substantially smaller and leaner than a current Corolla or Civic.

There’s no market (or profit margin) for the city cars, but PSA makes several crossovers that might sell well. The DS 6 and 7 would already fit in with Chrysler’s design language and don’t look too quirky/European like the DS5 or Peugeot 5008.

Its a brand name known worldwide.

My parents have a Model 3, and I find the seats quite comfortable. Maybe it’s different for taller/bigger people (I’m not either). Don’t like the design though.

They’ll keep DS, which actually does well in Europe and fills a niche, and kill Lancia, which only exists to sell the ancient Ypsilon. It would be a tragedy, but they could kill Citroen (effectively making DS the successor), since the regular Citroens are mostly Peugeot copies. Given Fiat’s terrible sales, they could

It’s meant for the Gulf, land of gold-plating and marble on everything. Tacky is the goal.
