The latest Weezer is good and really did capture the spirit of their early years. And I think King is still capable with examples like 11/22/63, but I always think of that "10 songs a day" article when an artist I like puts out a lot of mediocre work in a short amount of time.

I'm too lazy to look this up but has he always put out books at a mile a minute, even during his "golden age"? I wonder if he'd slow down and took serious time with a book if he could return to form.

Biggest issue was creating a main bad guy that that was too damn evil. Get superpowers by killing other people with superpowers? Gripping. Watching him with amnesia for a season while some Resident Evil type bullshit happens? Me. Like how can you top T-1000 from terminator 2? Yet they keep trying.

Looking back I kinda can't believe Bill Murray is in this. Then again the 90s were a crazy time for everyone.
