Hey! Thanks for getting back to me; totally missed your comment until just now.

Where’d you get the free Chromecast and Stadia controller? I assume they were bundled with Cyberpunk 2077 somewhere?
So I mean, is the level of vitriol people are spewing warranted? Probably not.
Fahey, I love you, but all anyone is talking about are spoilers for the upcoming FFVII. As a fan of the original, sure, I get that this is old news, but if someone has managed to go this long without having it spoiled for them shouldn’t we let them experience it themselves?
I had to figure out how to log in to my Kinja account just so I could star this. You made a cranky old man laugh. Well done.
I miss old-school glitches. There’s this amusing walkthrough of Deus Ex I stumbled upon ages ago where the author breaks the game as much as possible. It made me appreciate the game in a whole new way. Warning, it predates video walkthroughs (which makes it better, imo):
I don’t even see how they’re the same? I guess it’s maybe like the focal character was drawn on top of the same wireframe render or something, with literally everything else changed? And even then, there are subtle differences in the animations. If “scenes of the focal character running from these angles” is…
Vsync synchronizes the framerate of the game to the refresh rate of the monitor to minimize tearing. This is only 60fps if you have a 60hz monitor.
“BG&E was a great game, and the sequel trailer made me realize how virtually every game these days is about humans in a world full of other humans (but maybe also robots(!!)). Back in the day, anthropomorphic animals were far more common, and the video game world was a better place for it.”
Wow. I actually think this is brilliant.
Nathan Grayson, you are my hero.
(Possible spoilers ahead)
I deliberately call them Pokeymans (with the S, whether or not I intend the plural) in spite of knowing better — because I know it drives my stepdaughter insane.
The challenge there is that it would work against the nature of the game. In the US traveling abroad? Old Oak knows where you are and you can’t play Pokémon Go there.
Isn’t that what they just did?
I don’t think this is unreasonable. If other companies are wanting to advertise using Minecraft, they should be approaching Mojang, not Minecraft content creators.
When I see his face and the lack of depth in the shot (I can’t stop seeing him as flat and contorted) I’m reminded only of the various television shows my 3 year old watches.
I envy that you have the time to play all of these games in the space of a single weekend. It’s been an hour and a half since I was dragged out of bed and every time I have sat down I have been pulled away.
Wow. Personally, I did the update to Windows 10 on my gaming PC during a slow work day because I figured I didn’t have enough reasons to hate my life that day... As it turns out, painful update process aside, it’s actually pretty good! Granted, I don’t use most of the features of Windows on a day-to-day basis, but it…
That’s legitimately disappointing. I love the concept of Infinity but the play sets themselves generally just made me feel claustrophobic, especially on PC where the multiplayer content is missing.
