I played Fallout 3 first, then New Vegas, and recently I played Fallout 1. I also replayed all of Fallout 3, so I have that fresh in memory as well.

Yeah, I tried playing them after Fallout 3 but couldn’t get into the gameplay. I like my 3D worlds too much.

I tried to play it - and it looks genuinely like it was a fun game, in its time - but the controls, lack of mouse-wheel support, etc, left me thinking “I’m a grown man, with kids, and time is precious so why don’t I just go play a game that’s fun.”

I really wish someone like firaxis would take the original fallout games and do enhanced remakes. The story and characters are fun but I cannot get past how clunky the gameplay is

I mean yeah I refer to it up above as a reboot. But it matters more to me WHAT they deliver as far as story goes than HOW they deliver it.
