Goldeneye was a great game... in it’s time. I couldn’t imagine actually wanting to play it now, nor do the people that I used to play it with.

Then I cannot imagine what you would consider a Nintendo classic worth purchasing, as there are a few that are of value.

I’m sure it’s not, but, God, do I just want Nintendo to do away with home consoles (portables still cool) and just have a Nintendo Steam, where I can purchase and download and play Nintendo games on my PC. About the only games you mentioned worth purchasing are Mystical Ninja, Gauntlet Legends, Turok (which would probably look horrible) and Pokemon Stadium. And Shadows of the Empire was pretty cool. That’s 5 games. The other good ones are already on the VC.

I, personally, believe that all the people complaining about Nintendo’s Virtual Console would probably only spend enough time in the N64 games to get a nostalgia buzz before they leapt back into the newer games.
