If you’ve already downloaded the game beforehand you can re-download the game using a proxy. Other than that you would need to buy a PS4 with the game already installed.

Have they confirmed if the game will stay first person though? because I absolutely love the idea here and the demo was good. If Capcom releases RE7 as a third person I think they’d be setting us for disappointment.

It’s not part of PS Now, it’s a stand alone title. The article was only doing a comparison. If you read the PS Blog it clearly states these are all stand alone titles with more on the way.
