I’m curious about what an autonomous car would’ve done in that situation any idea’s?

It was probably a knee jerk reaction to the challenger coming up behind him. I’ve had a cop come over the top of a hill behind me going 100 mph and I got out of the way but didn’t have time to even think to signal. Unless your talking about the challenger in that case carry on.

Fuck it, let’s all start prepping our cars for a mad max apocalypse!!!

At first glance I got King mixed up with another writer and though “Another rant about how humans aren’t capable of wiping their own ass”

Maybe but I think Unbearable pain has a point. The general public wildly overestimates how intelligent computers are. Until we have AI their just parrots they do what you teach them.

It’s pretty obvious when someone is having an allergy attack bad enough to need medical attention.

You can get an AWD civic wagon for that or less.

Or do burnouts in the parking lot to explain friction.

It’s ok some people like me liked our high school physics teachers :)

They’re not going to be giving their engineers free reign. They’re just reducing the bean counters input. Plus I’m sure all the engineers are going to know they’re building a civic not a NSX.

Well racing has been used for automotive development since forever. I’d imagine that developing these “sport” autonomous modes is to be able to make better regular autonomous car. Remember even in regular autonomous modes cars will still have to brake, accelerate, and corner hard for emergency maneuvering.

I think that’s the point. It’s not suppose to be on your whole track day but just a lap so you can get a sense of the track and car plus have a ghost car to chase. The sport mode makes sense to if your trying to make time. How many times have you been cut off by someone in a hurry? I’d love for those people to have a

I think it’s ironic that there’s this big push to stop distracted driving but automakers are pushing bluetooth and internet etc... Yeah its safer than directly using the phone but not much.

I was listening to RATM killing in the name of and the first time the cop used the radio was timed perfectly with “Fuck you I won’t do what you tell me!” lol

And ya’ll are still douche’s

I don’t think I would mind this on my car. Plus it would make it look like a racecar :)

Now I’m curious about how the car deals with a wheel not being in contact with the ground during braking/acceleration is the TC that good?

Best safety upgrade you can do is a military spec PT belt.

One more safety tip and this comes straight from the military.

I just don’t see how a stick shift makes this a np. Yeah if I was forced to have an Xwhatever I’d rather have a stick but, still it’s a useless vehicle.
