eh, depends on the reason. Some cars were priced as halo cars for manufacturers to move up-markets, or were miscalculations re what they could compete with. I’s think  something like the Cadenza is the former, and something like the KMZ is the latter.

or were loaners & demos? iSeeCars only screens out cars with less than 1k on the odo .. at least in the case of BMW, NJ dealer lots seems to have a lot of inventory for ‘used’ BMWs that were never actually sold to a private buyer.

On the other side: I recently took a Lyft ride in a GMC Yukon with aftermarket rims which must not have been balanced. The thing wobbled horribly around 70, and didn’t feel safe in the slightest.

If it makes you feel better, whatever number they give you is just on paper. BMW always underrates their engines.
