I always had a soft spot for this car. And I think it’s quite pretty.

I find that these distribute/control heat better and also are better at getting decent sears or a nice char. I use cheaper stuff for everyday cooking .. but that’s mostly because cleaning All Clads requires a cleaning with soap, then with a special cleaner, and then a long rinse.
