I was coming down to post something along these lines. After a slew of bad days that my daughter had, I listened to what went wrong with her and then I admitted to her that I had a bad day too. I didn’t get into details, obviously, but the realization that others had bad days and were going to try and do better

I am very honest with my kid about bad days at work, the times I’ve had a bad boss or coworker, etc. We then talk about strategies to deal with it and often, while working through the process for me, you can see the lightbulbs come on over the kids’ heads.

Good question! I would approach it in sort of the same way I would with another adult. If a friend says, “Man, I had a really hard day,” and you say, “Omg, me too, first I spilled coffee all over myself and then...”, you’d be a bad friend. If you first listen to them and validate their experience and then you share

Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light.

It’s basically a survival game like Conan Exiles or Rust. There is a story you can follow about why you exist in this universe, but really it’s flying through space and finding a planet you like to build a base on (or under the ocean) and basically just mess around. If the genre isn’t your bag you can safely ignore No

I can’t stop playing it.

Before you recline your seat, ask the person behind you if they’re willing to compensate you for the value of the portion of your plane ticket attributable to reclining your seat.

Good advice. Also, for ANY unsolicited calls that you do answer, DO NOT confirm information that they may give. If you’re listed in the phone book, they likely have your name and address. Cold calling for services happens to me quite often.
THEM: Is this Mrs. [LastName]?

Perhaps, but many at Kotaku have written entire posts about simply “a new JRPG by [company]

I couldn’t disagree with this sentiment more. A major problem for games right now is that we have these immensely broad terms for incredibly different games. “JRPG” can mean anything from a Turn-Based Tactics game to an Action Adventure. What is the point of such a term when it means virtually nothing?

A couple of other things that can help. Look for a card skimmer app for your phone. iOS and Android both have options that look for errant or unsigned Bluetooth signals. Also, always, always, always, pull a bit on the card terminal. If the part where you put the card in comes off, it has a skimmer. Last one, look at

80's/90's Boy Band Pick Of The Day: Step By Step

I’m late but omg, I cried laughing at this. A million times thank you!

I left it unfinished because I hated the weapon breaking mechanic.

McDonalds serves BILLIONS of burgers a day.

It’s all about Keith David my friend. I’ve seen HBO Spawn’s three season about a dozen times over as many years, his performance is hypnotic. One of the most underrated VA’s ever.

Look, the highlight of my day is a nice relaxing dump. I’m not ever going to be one of those 30 second poopers that run in all grunting and heavy breathing like they’re delivering triplets. I just want to sit there, relax and just let it happen. Catch up on some reading, maybe review my day. Then come out feeling like

I’ll take “shorts and a tshirt in coach” over “suit and tie in first class” any day. It’s not just the flight itself, it’s traveling to the airport, through the airport, through the airport again, and traveling from the airport, all of which are way more manageable in leisurewear.

If it's some sort of mildewy, living thing that's making the stink you can just pour boiling water down the drain. It kills things as well or better than bleach and it does a good job of clearing blockages too.
