    You are me and I am you. I’m a squat lightweight and can’t squat my own weight. My max so far is 155 lbs at 4 reps. I’m 5' 7" and 195 lbs. My max deadlift is 320 lbs. I feel I could train myself to deadlift more but heavy squats seem to be beyond me. People talk about my thick legs also.

    You could use a small tasting dish or saucer. Use a spoon and put the food onto the tasting dish. I hate using wooden spoons because of how they could deteriorate. Maybe I’m using an inferior wooden spoon but I always feel like there will be food caught in the cracks or splinters of the spoon and I’ll never be able to…

    This is a very good way to work up to doing a floor push-up. If from wall to stair is too big of a transition, you can try doing from the table or counter. Same concept. Just make sure the table or counter is sturdy and can take your weight.

    I used to spread out my chores through out the weekend but now, I get up early on Saturday to get a early start. If I can knock them all out on Saturday, my Sunday is totally free. It makes such a difference.

    I do something similar. It’s not RPE but it’s based on my perceived “form assessment.” I do the heavy reps until I feel my form is starting to break down. I might feel like I have another rep in the tank but I stop and rest once form is breaking. It’s more for injury prevention, though. I usually make 4 or 5 reps.

    Very disappointing. This game is dead to me now. I’ve tried LFG and the100.io back in the days of Destiny 1 and I’ve never been successful at getting a team. 

    It’s a cheap and fast meal.

    I’ve always felt that FF7 was the first RPG game that truly made the RPG genre available to the wider audience. It had some serious marketing like TV commercials which was unheard of for an RPG in the West. It led to an explosion of RPGs being developed or brought over from Japan.     I would have just left. I rather go hungry for one night rather than get sick. Of course, this just me. Even if I was with my family, I’d suggest we leave and maybe dine by vendor machine.
