I imagine Kathy Griffin to be someone who wouldn’t shut up and who would expect acknowledgement/indication you were listening.  I am picturing Kim K just trying to sign and maybe leave a message and also being talked at and having to nod along. They did that in season one where he did the “mom” chores for a few days and then fell back on her being too much of a control freak to let go and let him do it so she took it all back on.

I had a stay at home mum and 3 siblings. As a kid it was good but she was a bit dependent on us so when we were growing up/leaving home she went a bit crazy and it all got targeted at us as we were her focus and I think she felt a hit abandoned. Plus now there’s a strange dynamic with my parents where she’s at home…

Maybe it’s an American thing that hasn’t made it to the UK yet but can’t imagine nhs midwife having time for that!

I don’t get how this works. Is it meant to be a surprise to her? If she doesn’t know how does anyone else find out? When I was pregnant they told us at the doctor’s but there was no option to tell a third party who could plan a big surprise for us.
