Day lilies buds are great! Steamed, they taste just like asparagus. And without the aspara-pee after affect.

I think the one caveat though is in those smaller beds (if it’s like mine) you are getting great yields but you’re not getting enough variety to serve as your only food supply. Yeah, I am getting pounds of tomatoes a day but I am not getting much else since I want tomatoes. 

No, it won't last a year. There will be hundreds of people around that will steal every edible thing before you get to eat it.

You can grow enough food to feed one person for a year in four 4'x8' raised beds. Presumptions: You know what you are doing, what to plant, when to plant it, how to maximize yields, how to preserve your harvest (can, dehydrate, freeze), etc.

I’ve accidentally been high on solvents and gasoline a few times, and it’s just awful. Headache and uncontrollable rage. Why anyone would do it intentionally, I have no idea.

Summary: Don’t shop at Walmart.

Having used both extensively, which you probably have not, I can say that my Garmin GPS is more useful and equally accurate, while not forcing me to use (or tolerate) the suite of Google apps (and I use most of them on my computers; not so much when driving).
