The Ford class also has no urinals, just toilets, anyone who has read over the water system on a naval vessel could have told them that just toilets was a bad idea. 

Other aircraft carriers have urinals, the Ford class have the unisex toilets for all, so of course the system is going to get overloaded. Anyone with any plumbing experience or sanitation experience will tell you that a system that uses all toilets is going to have to be quite complex and resource intense.
