I picked Suikoden 2 as a test and got the box art in seconds, from a smartphone with Wi-Fi off. I can’t speak to the quality of your printer, but high-quality printers are widely available.

Downloading an image of boxart takes seconds unless you’re still on dial-up, and printing costs would be offset by being able to sell the game complete.
