Listening to Kaine and Obama's speeches made me realize that Hillary really needed to hire a hype man for her campaign. Someone who has the charisma to talk about her policies because no one is going to look through all those fact sheets and sources on her website.

Hillary reminds me of the type of person who doesn't care if you like her or not. She just wants to get whatever needs to happen done and I can respect that. Problem is that doesn't work very well on the campaign trail and people aren't interested in looking at 40 pages of policy work on her website.
