Another vote for switching to a credit union. In WA the rules were changed about affiliation, and many of the credit unions that were previously only open to members based on employment or county geography are now open to anyone living in the state.
No longer should you use a bank, Credit Unions are the way to go.
Find a local credit union. Most of them fit all three easily.
