With all the electronic control systems out there, there is a severe market limitation to vehicles with an actual 4WD transfer case. And quite a few don't have a 4wd Low range either. Off the top of my head, the only ones I can think of are the Toyota 4-Runner, Land Crusier, FJ Crusier , the Jeep Wrangler, Grand

That's the issue, its hard to give up that room, even the AWD sienna has run flats because they had already ceded too much cargo space for the rear diff to fit a spare.
